Move the slider. The cap does the rest.
A filled cancellation is an opening you sent out that a patient on your list accepted. You are never charged for openings nobody takes.

For your front desk
Every paid fill earns your team $2 toward a $50 gift card.
Filling cancellations is extra work for busy administrators. So WTH rewards the people who do it. Opt your clinic in, and each paid fill adds $2 in credit for the administrator who sent it. 25 fills = one $50 Starbucks gift card. Up to $200 in gift cards per clinic each year.

$10 for you. $10 for them.
Introduce another clinic to Within the Hour. Once they have paid their first $50 in fills, you both receive $10 in account credit.
Pricing questions
What counts as a “filled cancellation”?
An opening you sent from WTH that a patient on your list accepted in the app. If nobody accepts, there is no charge. If you fill the slot another way (phone, email), there is no charge.
Do I need a credit card to start the trial?
No. Create your account, build your first list and use every feature for 3 months. We ask for a card only when the trial ends and you choose to continue.
What happens when we reach $500 in a year?
Nothing more to pay until your next billing year starts. Keep sending openings; every further fill is free.
Is the check-in list really free?
Yes. The sequential check-in list, which lets patients leave a crowded waiting room and come back when their turn is near, is free for every clinic, with or without a paid cancellation list.
How and when are we billed?
Monthly, by card, in Canadian dollars, for the cancellations filled in the previous month. Applicable taxes are added. You can see every charge and the fill it relates to in your dashboard.
Is there a contract?
No. Stop any time. Your lists and patient sign-ups stay in place if you come back.
Are patients ever charged?
Never. The app is free to download and use for patients.
We are a hospital or a multi-site organization. Does per-fill pricing apply?
No. Hospitals and larger organizations run a free pilot first, then move to a flat annual licence. See how the pilot works.
