Rewards for the people who fill the slots.

Within the Hour only works if someone at the front desk remembers to send the opening. These two programs make that worth their while, and yours.

Program 1 · Front-desk rewards

$2 credit per paid fill → $50 gift cards

  • How it's earned: each cancellation your clinic pays for adds $2 in reward credit to the administrator who sent it.
  • What it becomes: every $50 in credit (25 fills) is a $50 Starbucks gift card, sent to the administrator.
  • Limits: up to four gift cards ($200) per administrator, and up to $200 per clinic, each year.
  • Opt-in: the clinic owner or manager turns the program on in settings. Nothing is sent without it.
  • When it doesn't count: fills during the free trial, and fills after your clinic has reached its $500 annual cap, don't earn credit, because WTH wasn't paid for them.

Example. A clinic fills 10 cancellations a month from month 4. The administrator earns $20 a month in credit and receives a $50 gift card roughly every 10 weeks, four in the year.

Program 2 · Refer a clinic

$10 for you. $10 for the clinic you refer.

  • Who can refer: any existing WTH user, clinic or patient.
  • How: share your referral link or code. The new clinic enters it when they create their account.
  • When it pays: once the new clinic has paid its first $50 in filled cancellations (after their free trial), you both receive $10 in account credit.
  • No limit on how many clinics you refer.

Reward questions

Why don't fills during the free trial earn credit?

Rewards are funded from what clinics pay WTH. During the trial nothing is paid, so nothing is set aside. Credit starts with your first paid fill in month 4.

Who receives the gift card: the clinic or the person?

The administrator who sent the opening. Each staff login tracks its own credit. The clinic's annual limit of $200 applies across all staff.

Can we switch rewards off?

Yes, any time, in clinic settings. Credit already earned is still paid out.

What can referral credit be used for?

It is applied against your clinic's next WTH invoice.
